Booking Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read our terms & conditions below before making a booking.

  • If you cancel one week before the start date we will refund the cost minus £5 to cover admin and bank charges.
  • If you cancel after this time or after the course starts we will not refund any part of the fees.
  • If we cancel the course, any remaining classes will be refunded in full.
  • Missed classes cannot be refunded, even in the case of illness or injury.
  • If you cancel one week before the session we will refund the cost minus £5 to cover admin and bank charges.

  • If we cancel the session the fees will be refunded in full.
  • If you cancel two weeks before the end of the current term or half-term – If you pay via Direct Debit; please don’t cancel your direct debit so that we can refund any credit on your account. If you pay termly and cancel at half-term we will refund the remaining half-term to you.
  • If you do not give us two weeks’ notice we will be unable to issue you credit or a refund. If you pay via Direct Debit, we will keep your Direct Debit deposit.
  • If you cancel more than one month before the Holiday camp start date we will refund 100% of the course fee.
  • If you cancel more than one week before the Holiday Camp start date we will refund 50% of the course fee.
  • If you cancel seven days or less before the course we will not refund any of the fees, even in the case of illness or injury.
  • If we cancel the course the fees will be refunded in full.
